How is your program different?

This program offers a unique model that helps sales professionals better understand customer buying behavior and that shows them what they should be doing at each step of the buying process. That is the best way to truly match your sales approach to customer buying needs.

How long is the program?

We offer 2-day and 3-day program agendas. We also provide keynote, half-day and full-day workshops for client’s whose agenda or time limitations don’t allow enough time for a full program.

What audience size do you work with?

Our full program, either 2-day or 3-day agendas, are typically delivered to “classroom-size” audiences of between 10-35 participants. Our keynote and half-day workshops are often delivered to audiences of between 10 and 200 participants.

Do you offer a “Train-the-Trainer” option?

Yes, we can certify your trainer to deliver our program at your company. This option typically appeals to clients with sales forces of over 100 salespeople.

How much do you customize your program?

As little or as much as our customer needs. We work closely with you to identify your needs. Our expert consultants can go on field rides with your salespeople, and interview customers when appropriate. We can adapt the program to use your language and reference typical situations or challenges your salespeople encounter.
